The work, initiates a self- sustaining system where the
artists blood circulates as a metaphor for its power source. By extracting and
externalising the blood form the artists body it becomes a post materialistic
expression, a mirror towards the own body, the self through the machine.

The pieces of work showcased in the exhibition, act as a
portrayal of the uncertainty and the ambiguity the artist has been set upon
during the past six months. Her process related to the obtaining of a visa, has
resulted in her reconsideration of her position within various systems, of
which not only form her every day life but she is forced to live on. The sense
of displacement through these systems has led to a reflection on her status as
an outsider across cultures and even virtual versus tangible dimensions.
She intertwines with the machine, the closed and open
systems, the "Metaversic" body and the blood.
In her own words " This act of peeling away part of
myself transitions from a biological circulation system, to becoming the
central element of the water circulation system being capable of reproducing
and maintaing themselves within the piece."
Evolving global regulations and policies adapt to emerging
cultures and boundaries.
This perpetual flux of human movement (international
students and immigrants) in current decade and adherence to societal norms and
the creation of new rules conforms its very foundation.
This piece asserts that individuals, constitute the system
itself as if we are the original parts of the system. Liquidity Identity as
flows, circulations, water drops of the sea, units of modular architectures.
The work ultimately comments on the cyclical nature of
integration and exclusion within constantly shifting cultural and political
landscapes
